I am glad to be home again and getting a chance to cook. Tonight I am making a roast chicken with a honey and orange glaze. It is something new I have never tried before and am looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Also I am trying a new recipe I have discovered on foodgawker.com called "hassel back potatoes" but I am (of course) putting my own spin on things.
